With both in person and telehealth options, we have the ability to meet in Fort Myers, FL or anywhere. And with appointment slots available on weekdays, Saturdays and evening hours, we have can create a treatment plan that meets your needs. Although we do not submit to/accept insurance, as an Out-of-Network provider with most major insurance plans, if interested, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company after benefits have been reviewed.
