GREIF
To grieve is to have loved. And making space to fully allow ourselves to honor our grief in today's world, is often times a major challenge. Together, we'll make space to honor that love. Whether you’re attempting to wade through the heaviness of a recent loss, or seem to have become a shell of who you once were on the other side of a loss that seems “too long ago”, therapy can help.

Prior to her work in private practice, Gabrielle gleaned years of experience working in the healthcare and hospital settings, supporting both patients and families in their journeys toward and through end of life care. This experience, in combination with healthcare knowledge, allows her to readily connect with clients and their loved ones healthcare and end of life journeys.

Together, we will navigate the stages of grief, all the while making sense of the waves of emotions that are accompanied with each. We’ll embark on a journey to process, honor, and validate your grief, as well as reclaim the new person you are becoming on the other side of it.
